This electric scooter came just as described, with very little assembly. Appears to be good quality. My daughter loves it!

The scooters are wonderful. Its a great deal for the money. I hate putting things together but these were pretty easy. We bought the model that comes with a seat. Its great because when they want to sit and ride they can but when they want to stand the seat can be easily removed. The only negative to them is they only get about 45-50 minutes of power. If they’d make them have a 2 hour reserve of power we’d rate them 6 stars!

It was the most powerful scooter I had ever had and the most fun scooter too.Even though the scooter is way bigger than my e100 i could see why the ages are 12 and up.I’m ten. This is the best razor product ever.I recomend this scooter to anyone who wants to have a smooth fast and fun ride!!!!

My son got one of thse for his birthday last year. He loved it from the moment it came. It was easily assembled and charged. Like it was mentioned in a previous review, the battery life is short if used frequently. There are four children with this same scooter on our street and they have all died between 6 and 9 months after purchase. It seems that we’ve used up the batteries. I will be buying new batteries this year because my son just loves his scooter.

I bought an E300S for my son on his 10th birthday. He had ridden a smaller electric scooter at a block party and had been smitten with it. I opted for the bigger scooter for the large wheels, as I want him to stay on the sidewalks with it and around here there are some bumps and cracks, these big wheels handle them with ease. This is important because it goes fast (for sidewalk travel) – it needs to be stable to be safe.

The scooter is very well built. The basic components – frame, wheels, fork and handlebars are almost indestructable. In this age of plastic and throw away items, it is refreshing to come across a toy built for the long haul – much better than scooters in the ‘good old days’. Of course the controls are somewhat vulnerable, but they are about as tough as bicycle parts, and should last indefinately if not abused. I particularly liked the charge connector. It is necessarily used often and if it breaks, the scooter can’t be used. Razor used a high quality connector that should stand up to anything a 10 year old can dish out. It tells me they expect this scooter to be used, not gather dust.

A bonus feature is the freewheel on the rear sprocket which allows the scooter to coast with very little drag. The smaller scooters from razor don’t have this feature.

We should have opted for the plain E300 – without the seat. It is a sturdy mount and easy to put on and off with a couple of (included) hand tools, but he simply prefers to ride standing up and does not use the seat at all.

I only wish it had a foolproof way to lock it up outside – a steering stem lock or hole in the frame for a bike lock. Without one, we are hesitant to ride it to school or the ice cream parlor.

I’m looking forward to the day when new battery technology will economically stretch the ride time. By the time they run low, he is ready to get off anyway, but maybe then they can make one I could ride.

Oh, by the way, my son loves it!

      Great toy – Get one.

This Electric Razor E300S with seat absolutely made our 13-year old son’s Christmas! We got a great price compared to video gaming system bundles this year and it took less than 10 minutes to assemble. I did alot of research before choosing this model and I was concerned about some of the battery/power issues but after buying one I can confirm we have had no issues. My son has had good steering control, power up to 15 mph (as marketed) and the battery has lasted about 30 minutes which is just enough for him to tool around the neighborhood but not go too far. We love this product and are planning to buy a second one. As far as the seat, he reports that he likes having the seat because standing up get old and he doesnt have as much control as when he is seated.

had a blast. His comment was this is a sweet ride!!!!! This was the best way for a 6yr old to keep up with the older boys.

He is to short for the seat but he does not mind standing up.

This is a great scooter! Heavy duty and fast! Got it for my 7 year old daughhter and she loved it. It goes plenty fast and has a good battery life between charging. It can even carry Dad (240#)as long as not going uphill. Should last a long time and will probably get used by my 4 year old when he gets a little older.
